Was easy access alot of containers. Security guards were very helpful. In and out. Easy peezy was my experience.

I was a car behind one of these immaculate drivers. His technique driving and cheaffeur stops was honestly amazing to witness. I, as the driver behind, had no problem maneuverig with. 100 star rating, absolutely recommend. As for the company, I have no idea.

Luis galvez the rental manager is a liar, claims hell waive a pickup fee after they stalled 2 weeks to come get my unit after scheduling pickup, and then tried to charge me for those 2 weeks it sat ununsed. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Id give them negative stars if possible.

Just Bought a 40'HC from Gray Court SC or the Greenville location. Experience was great. Josh was very knowledgeable not pushy and professional. The driver showed up today like a pro put it right in the spot which was not an easy task no problem. Highly recommend 👌

One of your drivers cause damage to my car on the highway from flying debris from container while I had a minor in the car . when I signal him to stop to tell him has happened he just accelerated the truck with the container flipping the middle finger ..I call several times during day of incident to the number on the truck which I have all the info of and no one has contacted me ..very dissappointed that you guys have this kind of people and methods of delivery that are vwey unsafw foe motorist on fl hgwys ..it could of been a fatal accident.

Horrible road raging commercial driver. Ran red lights, riding a$$ of cars excessive speed This is the driver flipping the bird. Very poor “professionalism”. I called the company and have yet to get a return call.

Update: portal login is now broken. Downgrading to two stars. Prior: SIX EMAILS TO THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE at last count AND THE PAYMENT STILL NOT PROCESSED ON THEIR SIDE. Would NOT recommend. Finally they sent a machine invoice (after several calls back and forth). But registration requires a fictitious "ORDER NUMBER" that doesn't appear anywhere on the invoice. So, can't pay over the phone, nor with their portal. (turns out it's "CONTACT NUMBER"). Payment portal only allows one month at a time. So, cannot pay for the year. Only one person is responsive. And they are slaves to the poorly implemented system. Customers are worse off. So human flow is broken, portal has wrong information. When it was Brekke storage, it was awesome, payment was a breeze over the phone. Now I have to make multiple calls and about a dozen emails just to clarify a payment issue. Which, after six days, is still not resolved. I've been a solid customer, always proactive on paying. This will change.

Best place I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The gentleman that delivered my container knew exactly what he was doing. He placed it right where we wanted it.

Caution when using this company! Great company until we no longer needed their services. Scheduled appointment for container pick up and driver called to ask if we could reschedule pick up date as driver was concerned with truck handling with the weather. We agreed for safety and rescheduled our appointment. NO ONE TOLD US WE WOULD BE CHARGED $130 TO RESCHEDULE! When we noticed the charge and we called for further information the office was dismissive and stated it was our fault. Very poor communication and business practice.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The company was very attentive and informative and I was happy with them up until it was time to schedule our container delivery. Upon first agreeing I was told we could get the coming Saturday for a delivery, after about 10 minutes I returned their call and said I would like to do that date, only to find out it wasn’t actually available. Not a big deal, so we scheduled for the following Friday (today). The company made us remove a large 30yd dumpster off the property to properly deliver the container which we agreed to do and had the area ready for our scheduled delivery today. Once it became 2 hours past the promised delivery time I called to find out we were never properly scheduled for today as promised. They offered to deliver next week which I hesitated to immediately agree to considering having already been told I was scheduled and it not being true. After an hour of not hearing back from me they canceled my order completely, even after I emailed back accepting the new delivery date. On top of all that I was never given an explanation as to why my delivery didn’t come as promised today and it was clear to me they didn’t value my business by ultimately canceling my order all together without even talking to me. I guess this is the reason you don’t go with the lowest possible price available, lesson learned.

They don't get any better than this! Very easy to work with and very accommodating. I've bought containers and referred my friends - ZERO problems. Top notch people as far as I'm concerned. And their delivery guy (Curtis) could back a container through the eye of a needle!!

Very disappointed. When speaking to Debra, our salesperson I repeatedly stated that we had a new driveway and didn't want it damaged. She stated that as long as we placed wood down in the four corners for the pod to be placed on we should have no problem. Well when the pod was dropped off our driveway was scratched and left with divets. Then upon removal we were left with severe sunken indentations from the wood in our driveway. I contacted the company again and have yet to hear from them. Had we known the picture below would be what we are left with we never would have gotten the pod. The only reason I gave 1 star is because the pod did store well.

I usually don't take the time to make a review but I had to this time. I needed a 40' storage container by a certain date. I was fortunate enough when I called Mimi Boyd answered the phone. She described the steps and made it happen. The process was smooth and efficient. Even when an issue came up on my side she was able to keep us on track. There was something else about this transaction, something that doesn't happen enough anymore. Mimi was extremely professional, polite and a joy to work with. She seems to really enjoy her job and we enjoyed working with her. Give Mimi Boyd a call and she may eliminate a problem you have. I can't imagine how this could have been a more positive experience. I ordered a container for the month of dec, well aware that at the end of the month the container should be picked up, but not the case, in small print on the second page it says I must call firST a pick up. Why, after i told them only one month, i get penalized for not calling after the month was over to have them pick it up.MY arrangement with the company on the phone was only one monthly.. and they hit me with penalties for not calling them to pick up the container, NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

I’ve had 2 containers for almost 3 years, wasn’t planning to have them this long, but my project has had several additional problems to fix & still trying to get them accomplished. They are great & seem to be keeping my items clean & dry. Only problem I have is that they’ve increased the cost for them & that I’ve had them for so long I could’ve paid to own them by now.

I bought 2 containers from them. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They were able to deliver them and fit them in a tight spot.

I was very happy with it to begin with. But due to illness and a heartache. We have had ours for 4 yrs. While trying to clean it out and get it ready to be picked up we found several things ruined. Mold and mildew and wet. Still trying to get it ready but very hard to do by myself. So please be aware.

Seems to be major disconnect between dispatch and drivers. Every year i supply a maps, addresses, delivery instructions and and normally i need 48 hrs. notice. Example of most recent delivery: I was called at 2PM on Thursday that the container was being delivered the next morning (not 48 hrs.) so i scrambled to make this happen and got approval but no container showed up. (i called the driver and dispatch with no response) This morning (Saturday) @ 7:20AM I get a call from a driver asking where to put the container, i asked him if he reviewed the map and his response was he's just the driver and he doesn't know anything about a map. i told him he can put it where the cones but if he had the map it would be very clear. He didn't seem to like that i mentioned the map again and he hung up the phone before i could explain to him where i had a "Gate" ticket to get out of the parking lot. Sorry for such a long rant but this is just upsetting. On the positive side the containers always come clean and in good shape, my contact Kordell has always been responsive and helpful

Supplied a 40ft container very quickly when I needed it. Reasonable pricing. The container is weather and rodent resistance. Seems to be keeping my stuff in excellent condition. Billing people are easy to work with, and I was really impressed with the driver who delivered the container. When I saw it on the truck I was 'OMG, it looks bigger than I thought!' was not sure it would fit where we wanted it. The driver backed that giant truck in like it was a walk in the park! Got the container exactly where I want it. Check pricing against storage units. If you have the room for a container. Mobile Modular is a great company and I am happy with the service.

Mobile Modular recently took over my account from Tuff Storage. I was charged my now rent from Tuff on my credit card and then received a bill from Mobile for the same month. When I called Mobile Modular I was told it was on me to call Tuff and get my money back. This is poor customer service. I didn't ask for Mobile Modular to take my account. I have never been late on my payment. I called a second time and was told this manage would look into it and call me back. As of today no call. Not a happy customer at this time. This survey could have not came at a better time..

Absolutely the worst business I ever dealt with. Can't get a name correct...John...I know complicated right? Sent a thug to my house to threaten my wife but wouldn't talk to me except to swing at me and run away. I am the customer. State they sent a certified letter but have no receipt? True I am 5 days behind however if they had any human decency or respect they could call and ask for me. Instead they ask for "Justin" no last name nor do they identify themselves. When told they have a wrong number they immediately hang up. Then harass my wife. 4 payments left they're going to repo for 5 days without a phone call. Come and get it. You promised 24 hours so hurry up anything after that is just more harassment as you have already threatened my girls so are a threat. I have had enough of your thugs...2 came by threatening last night going to start defending my family. Yes you have the right to get your unit however you do not have the right to threaten and harass my family. Your unit isn't going anywhere until you get it no need to send people to my house after regular business hours.

Our company rented 21 containers for what is coming to be several months. Matt Pitrucha was our driver and man were we impressed with his skills. I rented the storage container and it's exactly what I was needing, the service I received from Chris Phillips was great, he explained how the account set up was handled and had the container delivered in quick time. The delivery driver was right on time, he called before he was going to deliver to give me a time that he would be there and was right on time! Ray asked where we needed the container placed and after he placed asked again if the placement was ok as he could move it. He explained how to lock the doors and suggested using the lock in the box which I hadn't even seen. The customer service so far has been excellent!

She was very helpful. she took the time to hear exactly what my needs are and unfortunately she did not have exactly what I was looking for. But, she put me in contact with someone who can handle my abnormal requests. I am very impressed with this company. It is very clear they care about all of their customers. We have been in need of a storage container a couple times now and they just make it so easy. The deliveries are perfect and always on time.

I rented two containers -- one with an office and one just storage - for a construction job at my house. It's great having them on-site to store materials and other items. The delivery and pick up team were friendly and helpful. Customer service has been great as well.

These people are crooks and lie in their advertising about being a secure place to store your things. I mean yes their CONTAINERS are secure. They don't have security cameras on there properties where the containers are at. Someone comes along with some bolt cutters and a pick up truck and roll out of there with tools a toolbox and who knows what else, and none of the people who work there see ANYTHING. I even had some guy who I had never seen working there in a year of having my belongings stored there get right in my face and tell me the locks were not cut off my storage. They were gone and no where to be found except evidence and this guy even threatened me over my things being broken into and stolen. They say they have no security cameras on the property not even on the gate that people come in and out of. I am very disturbed still about the way I was treated by these people and I am still looking to have them (and everyone else in involved) made accountable for their actions in this matter. So if you really want a secure place to store your things don't bring them here. Because they don't care enough about your things in their storage enough to have cameras in place in case someone with bolt cutters goes on a shopping spree of their own.

This was my first time using this company. I used a mobile modular because the sales rep was extremely persistent in gaining my business. However, when I requested delivery for after 10 am, they scheduled the delivery between 1-3 pm. This is way too late for a construction site. Workers get off at 2:30 pm, and we had to wait around for the delivery. When I asked for the delivery time to be corrected, the dispatch and the sales rep both told me there was nothing they could do. So, I am not a satisfied first-time customer. I will have to decide if I will give mm another opportunity to keep my business.

Started using Mobile Modular about a year ago. I have been more than satisfied with the connexs and the pick up and delivery. We have almost 20 connexs with them and they come through everytime ON TIME. The customer service is amazing! If we ever have any issues they are ON IT!

Used it for over a year and from first delivery and billing and periodic conversations with them, they were fantastic across-the-board. Can't think of a better value than getting one of these containers on your property if you're doing a remodel. They just removed mine after a full year of use. I work for a company that we work off of disasters and we rarely know ahead of time when we will be needing a pod. When I call and speak to Tim him and his staff go above and beyond to accommodate my requests and they are always quick at getting the pods to my job sites. Mike delivered our 20' office/storage container. The location was sloped, so we thought we would need a forklift to level the unit after it was dropped off. Mike, after helping me move 9 sheets of 3/4" plywood to protect the asphalt, offered to level the unit as he rolled it off his truck. He skillfully maneuvered the unit on top of leveling blocks (he provided), so no further effort or expense was required by our company. Please give Mike a raise!

Horrible service. Aggressive. Ended up telling me they "did not have a unit available". Made me feel like I was stupid cause I didn't have a firm grasp on how the renting and delivery of storage containers works. I needed one unit immediately and another 7 units in the next 2 weeks...who ever answers their phone cost them (8) 40' container rentals ....and we needed to rent them indefinitely.

The overall product and customer service that Mobile Modular provided was excellent! They were very professional and responsive to our needs and delivery schedule. I would recommend to others and will use their services again!

After a tornado took off a third of my roof, I needed a place to store what was left of my possessions. Having the 40-footer in my driveway was much more convenient than moving everything across town to a storage facility. It was clean, secure and dry. The driver who delivered it was amazing, as the space was very tight with lots of downed trees and debris still in the way..

I used to rent several containers at a time then one was sent to a job with a rotted floor after several months a small section near the threshold of the door failed due to the rot and i was charged near 400 dollars to replace the rotten floor. When i brought my concerns up that i shouldn't be charged for the rotted floor no one in the organization had the power to take back the invoice. I will never rent from Mobile Modular again, and I will do everything I can to prevent any project manager from BCS from ever renting from mobile modular.

Provides storage safety and security in a difficult environment and keeps supplies on site and available when needed. Allows me to sleep at night.

I rented a 40 foot unit it was a great product and served all my needs. The unit was dropped off and picked up when promised my problem starts after pick up. When I called Emily in (Aulburndale) for pick it was prior to the payment and I was told that was the date they would go by. Several days the money was removed from my checking . I called many times and Emily kept telling me I would get a full refund after almost after continously being told I was due a full refund I was sent a bill for a half a month.I would like to file a complaint but im not able to figure out where your headquarters is. I would tell anyone the asks to not use your company due to poor billing pracsitis. I also had issues with money being pulled out and returned then being told I owed 3 months back rent.Like i sais the unit was great you guys just cant figure out how to bill correctly and how to give a refund when due.

The containers were nice , the drivers were great but the doors never closed so we could secure them and I tried for almost a month to reach our rep to have the final container picked up with no luck. Then after calling several numbers I found finally reached someone to have the container picked up and found out our rep no longer worked for this company. We were charged for the time it was empty

We rented the job trailer and storage bin back in January and have no issues with either building. All company interaction and been professional and friendly. I recommend them if you need any temporary storage

Container is very clean and almost new. great condition. only issue was the piece that goes through the hockey puck to lock it was too far up. i have no idea how tey got it closed, it wasnt even close when i tried shutting it. had to grind some metal off. not a big deal, everything works well now. the delivery driver was great! thanks

Great price, great service, but not well maintained units. Cosmetically they don't look very good.

One! door was hard to close but still locked safe and secure. if you need to store materials and or equipment the connex box is the only way to go.

We rent different units for different job sites. The office staff particularly Rebeca is always helpful and efficient. The drivers double and triple check operation before they leave and generally call ahead to get site specifics so there are not any surprises when they show up. We store toilets in the container and at this size we can get almost 150 unbuilt toilets inside the unit with ease.

Easy to set up. Could not do without it. Makes it easy to survive the extra workload during a surge in business.

Rented multiple times in the past and I make sure the container is totally cleaned out prior to pick up but you guys still hit the company I work for for a $50.00 clean out fee.

We've rented from Mobil Modular for 4 years now. Their office staff, equipment and delivery services is top notch. Getting anything picked up is a real pain, units usually sit onsite for 4-8 weeks and require multiple calls for pick up while you still get charged rent.

This container was spacious and clean. We had plenty of space and didn't have a problem with insects or animals getting to our stuff. Company is a pleasure to work with.

Price-wise Mobile Modular was very competitive. The sales staff was responsive and easy to work with. The operations/billing staff could not have been nicer. They were so flexible when it came to determining the ending date. Compared with how some of these storage units look, we were pleased with the subdued look of this container in the neighborhood. Leak in roof lost 3000.00 in furniture never got reimbursed. After second time they came out they got a new one to me.

I rented a brand-new storage trailer - my belongings stayed cool enough in summer, and the unit was extremely well sealed against dust and water. This company has blown my expectations away. From the first day i dealt with them i was impressed with not just their attitudes and willingness to help, but what it is i really enjoyed was their ability to go above and beyond for me as their customer.
