Very disappointed. When speaking to Debra, our salesperson I repeatedly stated that we had a new driveway and didn't want it damaged. She stated that as long as we placed wood down in the four corners for the pod to be placed on we should have no problem. Well when the pod was dropped off our driveway was scratched and left with divets. Then upon removal we were left with severe sunken indentations from the wood in our driveway. I contacted the company again and have yet to hear from them. Had we known the picture below would be what we are left with we never would have gotten the pod. The only reason I gave 1 star is because the pod did store well.

I usually don't take the time to make a review but I had to this time. I needed a 40' storage container by a certain date. I was fortunate enough when I called Mimi Boyd answered the phone. She described the steps and made it happen. The process was smooth and efficient. Even when an issue came up on my side she was able to keep us on track. There was something else about this transaction, something that doesn't happen enough anymore. Mimi was extremely professional, polite and a joy to work with. Needed a container to spruce up our backyard with a private office space. Seeing their reviews online, my husband and I got in touch with them and they offered 20’ shipping containers on sale that we were able to use for our office. We saw that these units also came with a combination of office and storage space and ended up purchasing one. They were a big help in suggesting modifications and adding accessories. We absolutely love the space!

what a rip off.. I ordered a container for the month of dec, well aware that at the end of the month the container should be picked up, but not the case, in small print on the second page it says I must call firST a pick up. Why, after i told them only one month, i get penalized for not calling after the month was over to have them pick it up.MY arrangement with the company on the phone was only one monthly.. and they hit me with penalties for not calling them to pick up the container, NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

delivery is always on time as promised. Containers are very clean inside and out so they look presentable onsite. locking system very secure. Billing is always spot on.

I’ve had 2 containers for almost 3 years, wasn’t planning to have them this long, but my project has had several additional problems to fix & still trying to get them accomplished. They are great & seem to be keeping my items clean & dry. Only problem I have is that they’ve increased the cost for them & that I’ve had them for so long I could’ve paid to own them by now.

I was very happy with it to begin with. But due to illness and a heartache. We have had ours for 4 yrs. While trying to clean it out and get it ready to be picked up we found several things ruined. Mold and mildew and wet. Still trying to get it ready but very hard to do by myself. So please be aware.

I always have a great experience when emailing or contacting your representative Dahn Ho. He gets back to me right away and gets me a quote the same day. Our Construction managers agree that it's a smooth process when dealing with Mobile Modular.

Seems to be major disconnect between dispatch and drivers. Every year i supply a maps, addresses, delivery instructions and and normally i need 48 hrs. notice. Example of most recent delivery: I was called at 2PM on Thursday that the container was being delivered the next morning (not 48 hrs.) so i scrambled to make this happen and got approval but no container showed up. (i called the driver and dispatch with no response) This morning (Saturday) @ 7:20AM I get a call from a driver asking where to put the container, i asked him if he reviewed the map and his response was he's just the driver and he doesn't know anything about a map. i told him he can put it where the cones but if he had the map it would be very clear. He didn't seem to like that i mentioned the map again and he hung up the phone before i could explain to him where i had a "Gate" ticket to get out of the parking lot. Sorry for such a long rant but this is just upsetting. On the positive side the containers always come clean and in good shape, my contact Kordell has always been responsive and helpful

Mobile Modular recently took over my account from Tuff Storage. I was charged my now rent from Tuff on my credit card and then received a bill from Mobile for the same month. When I called Mobile Modular I was told it was on me to call Tuff and get my money back. This is poor customer service. I didn't ask for Mobile Modular to take my account. I have never been late on my payment. I called a second time and was told this manage would look into it and call me back. As of today no call. Not a happy customer at this time. This survey could have not came at a better time..

Absolutely the worst business I ever dealt with. Can't get a name correct...John...I know complicated right? Sent a thug to my house to threaten my wife but wouldn't talk to me except to swing at me and run away. I am the customer. State they sent a certified letter but have no receipt? True I am 5 days behind however if they had any human decency or respect they could call and ask for me. Instead they ask for "Justin" no last name nor do they identify themselves. When told they have a wrong number they immediately hang up. Then harass my wife. 4 payments left they're going to repo for 5 days without a phone call. Come and get it. You promised 24 hours so hurry up anything after that is just more harassment as you have already threatened my girls so are a threat. I have had enough of your thugs...2 came by threatening last night going to start defending my family. Yes you have the right to get your unit however you do not have the right to threaten and harass my family. Your unit isn't going anywhere until you get it no need to send people to my house after regular business hours.

Our company rented 21 containers for what is coming to be several months. Matt Pitrucha was our driver and man were we impressed with his skills. I rented the storage container and it's exactly what I was needing, the service I received from Chris Phillips was great, he explained how the account set up was handled and had the container delivered in quick time. The delivery driver was right on time, he called before he was going to deliver to give me a time that he would be there and was right on time! Ray asked where we needed the container placed and after he placed asked again if the placement was ok as he could move it. He explained how to lock the doors and suggested using the lock in the box which I hadn't even seen. The customer service so far has been excellent!

We have been in need of a storage container a couple times now and they just make it so easy. The deliveries are perfect and always on time.

I rented two containers -- one with an office and one just storage - for a construction job at my house. It's great having them on-site to store materials and other items. The delivery and pick up team were friendly and helpful. Customer service has been great as well.

This was my first time using this company. I used a mobile modular because the sales rep was extremely persistent in gaining my business. However, when I requested delivery for after 10 am, they scheduled the delivery between 1-3 pm. This is way too late for a construction site. Workers get off at 2:30 pm, and we had to wait around for the delivery. When I asked for the delivery time to be corrected, the dispatch and the sales rep both told me there was nothing they could do. So, I am not a satisfied first-time customer. I will have to decide if I will give mm another opportunity to keep my business.

Started using Mobile Modular about a year ago. I have been more than satisfied with the connexs and the pick up and delivery. We have almost 20 connexs with them and they come through everytime ON TIME. The customer service is amazing! If we ever have any issues they are ON IT!

Used it for over a year and from first delivery and billing and periodic conversations with them, they were fantastic across-the-board. Mike delivered our 20' office/storage container. The location was sloped, so we thought we would need a forklift to level the unit after it was dropped off. Mike, after helping me move 9 sheets of 3/4" plywood to protect the asphalt, offered to level the unit as he rolled it off his truck. He skillfully maneuvered the unit on top of leveling blocks (he provided), so no further effort or expense was required by our company. Please give Mike a raise!

After a tornado took off a third of my roof, I needed a place to store what was left of my possessions. Having the 40-footer in my driveway was much more convenient than moving everything across town to a storage facility. It was clean, secure and dry. The driver who delivered it was amazing, as the space was very tight with lots of downed trees and debris still in the way..

I used to rent several containers at a time then one was sent to a job with a rotted floor after several months a small section near the threshold of the door failed due to the rot and i was charged near 400 dollars to replace the rotten floor. When i brought my concerns up that i shouldn't be charged for the rotted floor no one in the organization had the power to take back the invoice. I will never rent from Mobile Modular again, and I will do everything I can to prevent any project manager from BCS from ever renting from mobile modular.

I rented a 40 foot unit it was a great product and served all my needs. The unit was dropped off and picked up when promised my problem starts after pick up. When I called Emily in (Aulburndale) for pick it was prior to the payment and I was told that was the date they would go by. Several days the money was removed from my checking . I called many times and Emily kept telling me I would get a full refund after almost after continously being told I was due a full refund I was sent a bill for a half a month.I would like to file a complaint but im not able to figure out where your headquarters is. I would tell anyone the asks to not use your company due to poor billing pracsitis. I also had issues with money being pulled out and returned then being told I owed 3 months back rent.Like i sais the unit was great you guys just cant figure out how to bill correctly and how to give a refund when due.

The containers were nice , the drivers were great but the doors never closed so we could secure them and I tried for almost a month to reach our rep to have the final container picked up with no luck. Then after calling several numbers I found finally reached someone to have the container picked up and found out our rep no longer worked for this company. We were charged for the time it was empty

You guys were super accommodating on our last order. I have to be honest I tried your competitor first and they couldn't even come close to meeting our demands. I called Eli for PO# 1809-1-1-183 ( St. Michaels Abbey / Silverado Canyon ) and there wasn't a doubt in his mind he wouldn't be able to handle it. In my seat that goes a long way. Dry and everything works. Exterior could use a little attention. Interior is ok for construction, but will need to be spruced up a bit for the interview site for Operations

We rented the job trailer and storage bin back in January and have no issues with either building. All company interaction and been professional and friendly. I recommend them if you need any temporary storage

Container is very clean and almost new. great condition. only issue was the piece that goes through the hockey puck to lock it was too far up. i have no idea how tey got it closed, it wasnt even close when i tried shutting it. had to grind some metal off. not a big deal, everything works well now. the delivery driver was great! thanks

I have been very satisfied since my purchase 9 months ago although there was a fair size ding in the entry door,we can live with that.

Great price, great service, but not well maintained units. Cosmetically they don't look very good.

One! door was hard to close but still locked safe and secure. if you need to store materials and or equipment the connex box is the only way to go.

We rent different units for different job sites. The office staff particularly Rebeca is always helpful and efficient. The drivers double and triple check operation before they leave and generally call ahead to get site specifics so there are not any surprises when they show up. We store toilets in the container and at this size we can get almost 150 unbuilt toilets inside the unit with ease.

Easy to set up. Could not do without it. Makes it easy to survive the extra workload during a surge in business.

Rented multiple times in the past and I make sure the container is totally cleaned out prior to pick up but you guys still hit the company I work for for a $50.00 clean out fee.

Bought it for my employees in the field.. personally never used it.

We've rented from Mobil Modular for 4 years now. Their office staff, equipment and delivery services is top notch. Getting anything picked up is a real pain, units usually sit onsite for 4-8 weeks and require multiple calls for pick up while you still get charged rent.

This container was spacious and clean. We had plenty of space and didn't have a problem with insects or animals getting to our stuff. Company is a pleasure to work with.

Needed storage for a remodel project called, delivery and set up was super easy. Clean water tight storage.

Price-wise Mobile Modular was very competitive. The sales staff was responsive and easy to work with. The operations/billing staff could not have been nicer. They were so flexible when it came to determining the ending date. Compared with how some of these storage units look, we were pleased with the subdued look of this container in the neighborhood. Even the driver who delivered and picked up the unit could not have been more capable and helpful.

Leak in roof lost 3000.00 in furniture never got reimbursed. After second time they came out they got a new one to me.

We have had a good experience with Mobile Modular and the customer service is great! However, their prices are a quite bit higher than everyone else's. They are willing to work with you to get the price down but it still is higher even after that.

MMC provided us with two 60' containers, one of which we kept for 18 months. The administrative, logistics, billing, drivers were all excellent, I completed a great deal of research, spoke to over 10 companies prior to selecting MMC. So pleased with our experience.
